Starting this new year off with degrees below 0 has us fanatasizing more and more about the HGTV 2016 Dream Home!

This Merritt Island, Florida home has been stripped and remodeled into a waterfront retreat. This place is packed full of bright and tropical eye candy to compliment its surroundings. We are swooning over the perfect mixture of costal style and modern touches! Are you?!
